Responsibilities:
Position responsibilities include managing 18 to 25 Field technicians performing Installation and Maintenance functions within an I&M work group. Person requires strong leadership ability to manage associates in multi functional roles (FiOS, CORE and HSI services). Person requires strong ability in customer interface, internal communications, leading teams, driving solutions across work groups and executing on performance objectives. Person must be a self starter and results driven.
Required Skills & Experience:
-3 years Verizon CORE field experience
-Strong technical ability with hands on knowledge of WFA, AMTS, TPC, Sabit and Microsoft office systems as well as our CORE and HSI provisioning and maintenance processes.
-Successful MVR check required to receive consideration for the opening.
Desired Skills & Experience:
-2 years prior Verizon Field supervisory experience.
-Additional knowledge of VRepair, NOQI, SIRS, OBIP, and DTI would be helpful but not required.
