Our Construction Management team is seeking a Risk Manager for support of various infrastructure projects, including Rail & Transit Transportation.  This position will report to the Program Manager will require a minimum of 5 years related infrastructure construction management experience as well as strong working knowledge of risk management in a project execution-related environment.
Responsibilities

Application of risk management processes and systems.
Facilitation of risk identification workshops and reviews both internally and client-facing.
Perform qualitative and quantitative risk management through a structured approach that allows individual risk events and overall project risk to be identified and assessed.
Once identified and isolated, develop strategies to mitigate and manage project risks through due diligence evaluation and the selection of potential risk management options.
Contribute to capture of assumptions, exclusions and dependencies.
Support the development of risk responses and actions including monitoring and reporting through to risk closeout.
Perform quantitative and qualitative risk analysis through assessment of the risks, interpret the results and apply analysis to assess appropriate allowances for risk.
Support analysis of the output data documented in basis of risk reports to provide risk-based guidance to project managers and business decision makers.
Develop rapport and buy-in from project teams through stakeholder engagement and client meetings.
Provide intelligent advice, training, coaching and challenge to both internal and external stakeholders.
Preparation of framework and client specific monthly reports.
Contribute to progress meetings, as required, in support of the Project/ Program Manager(s).
Regular interfacing and integration with the project controls team to maintain an aligned cost risk and schedule position with the Project Plan.
Record and publish \u201clessons learned\u201d throughout the project lifecycle. Ensure these lessons are fully captured and submitted to team development training during project closeout.

Qualifications

Bachelor\u2019s degree in STEM field or other related business degree required.
Certifications such a APM Risk Certificate, PMI-RMP, MoR Practitioner preferred but not required.
Experience in the execution of infrastructure construction projects as a risk analyst preferred.
Strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills.
Experience using Enterprise Risk Management tools, for example, Active Risk Manager (ARM), RiskHive, etc.
Experience in the application of Quantitative Risk Analysis (QRA) techniques and tools, for example- @Risk, Primavera Risk Analysis, Acumen Risk etc. 
Advanced Microsoft Office skills including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI.
