FTSS Joint Venture has an immediate position available for a full-time Maintenance Laborer at their contract to provide facilities engineering and maintenance services at the Center for Medicare/Medicaid Services building in Baltimore, MD.
The ideal candidate will have two (2) years experience in painting, carpentry, plumbing, masonry, electrical work. The individual will also be responsible for trim, drywall point-up/painting, ceiling tile repair, and assisting the building operating engineers and electricians with other various duties. This is a union, full-time position.
