SUMMARY
Eagle Eye Electric, LLC (Eagle Eye), a wholly owned subsidiary of **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. (BSNC) is seeking a seasonal site superintendent to oversee environmental remediation projects primarily in Unalakleet, Alaska and other locations throughout Alaska and possibly the lower 48 for the 2018 field season.  Under the General Supervision of the Project Manager, the Site Superintendent will support planning and reporting activities and the procurement process, review the schedule against the on-site activities, coordinate on-site workforce and conduct weekly meetings and prepare and submit field reports.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinates, supervises, and manages on-site personnel and subcontractor work. Maintains relationship with Client and Customer and responds to government inspections.
Supervises and performs on-site work to ensure the project meets the project objectives, schedule and budget.
Coordinates the material subcontractor(s) and suppliers requirements with the Project Manager.
Provides quality control oversight of site work to confirm that site work is being conducted in accordance with the plans and specification.  Takes corrective actions to maintain and advance project milestones.
Maintains and enforces safety regulations and building code requirements.  Ensures that all work is performed in a safe manner.
Organizes and leads daily onsite tailgate meetings with BSNC staff and subcontractor(s).
Provides clear and concise status reports to the Project and Program Manager.
QUALIFICATIONS - EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATION
Required (Minimum) Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree; in construction management, engineering, or the sciences preferred
Minimum of 10 years of experience on environmental projects in Alaska involving environmental investigation, construction, & remediation, UST & AST assessment and decommissioning, demolition, lead and asbestos abatement, and hazardous materials tracking & management
Knowledge of state and federal regulations governing environmental projects
Experience working for Federal and State clients, especially Department of Defense
40-hour HAZWOPER; current 8-hour refresher
Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Must have the ability to prioritize, organize and work well under stress and in varying weather conditions. 
Must have the ability to be flexible and adapt to constant change. 
Must have the ability to work flexible hours in order to meet deadlines. 
Must have knowledge of acceptable construction site practices including occupational safety and health regulations.
Must have the ability to communicate both orally and in writing with internal and external clients and co-workers.
Must have the ability to follow direction.
Must determine the appropriate types and numbers of tools and equipment needed to complete each task assignment.
Must be comfortable directing and overseeing four or more employees at one time.
Able and willing to travel to remote Alaska site in light aircraft or watercraft.
Preferred
30-hour OSHA Construction training
8-hour HAZWOPER Supervisor Training
Current First Aid/CPR

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Direct, manage, supervise, work with and coordinate the activities of the various trade groups such as Carpenters, Laborers, Equipment Operators, etc. and Subcontractors on the site to meet the work requirements as described in the plans and specifications or the statement of work on the individual delivery order(s) or Contracts.
ADDITIONAL QUALIFYING FACTORS
As a condition of employment, may be required to pass a pre-employment drug screening, as well as have acceptable reference and background check results to obtain access to military base. Must have reliable transportation to/from work a necessity and must be able to obtain access to military installations.
