Construction Contractor Jobs description
A construction contractor is responsible for timely and cost-effective completion of construction contract signed with a party. Other duties include estimation of required resources like workers, raw materials, and time; hiring and supervision construction crew; coordinating with vendors and government officials; formulation of and adherence to policies; crew management; and strategic management of various projects.A construction contractor should have a high school diploma or an associate's degree. Experience either working as a construction manager, construction supervisor, or any construction administrative role may also be required.
