A construction manager coordinates, directs and plans through subordinate managerial supervisory activities and personnel concerned with building and preservation of systems, structures and facilities. He also takes part in theoretical development of particular building projects and supervises scheduling, organizing and implementation.

•    Arranging the whole project in certain logical steps, time and budget needed to complete the deadlines.
