Carlton Fields is seeking an associate with three to six years of general litigation experience, with an emphasis in construction litigation. Excellent academic credentials and demonstrated writing skills are required. The ideal candidate will be admitted to practice in Florida (but the firm is willing to consider strong candidates seeking to relocate to Florida), have strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team, while being able to work individually, on client matters in an environment where drive and client service are valued.
